Mondays are breath meditation, so I will take you through a guided breath meditation which is the basis for grounding and will use this as the entrance to stillness and finding inner peace.

Guided Nature Meditation

On Tuesday we use nature as the calming effect it has on us. We go on a little journey to visualise different aspects of nature to help us enjoy inner peace.

Different Types of Meditation
