Who is this coaching for?

My private coaching is for anybody that finds themselves often feeling stressed an anxious which often leads to overwhelm and finding things difficult to deal with.

If you find yourself in a position where you have to apologise or feel guilty for reacting in a way that doesn’t fit who you are then you will benefit from my private coaching. A parent or a professional we all encounter difficult times where pressure mounts up and we either feel overwhelmed and want to run or we explode.

Bottom line, if you want more inner peace and healthy control over your life and emotions and stay true to who you are from a heart centred position you will benefit greatly from my 6 week coaching course.

How will I benefit?

You will be less stressed. You will react less, and therefore have better relationships enjoy time with family and feel the freedom that you had before the pressures of responsibility. You will be happier, more energy and be able to offload see don’t become overwhelmed.

You will have tools within that will become second nature to deal with any situation without making things worse. Your anxiety will be more of an amusement than a burden. You will recognise the patterns in your feelings, emotions and behaviour and deal with them before they overwhelm and paralyse you.

You will be suffering less and feel much happier. And those around you will enjoy your heartfelt wisdom, your calmness and who you really are.

How does it work?

We get together weekly for a 45 minute video call to discuss progress and the next steps.

You will be given exercises and expected to follow the daily practices that will range from a couple minutes a few times a day to 20 minutes in the morning and evening. I cannot change your life for you, I only provide the tools and the direction for you to do it. It requires commitment from you, as well as commitment from me to be honest and keep you on track.

You will book the calls at a convenient time for you, in your time zone. Yes, weekends are also available. I will work with you and around your schedule within reason.

This is not therapy

It is important to remember that this is not psychotherapy or counselling and it is not about dealing with your life problems and family issues.

The coaching will provide you with the tools and necessary knowledge and practices that give you the ability to deal with these issues yourself therefore suffering a lot less. I am not a therapist, just somebody that there has had a very difficult life lived with narcissistic family and found ways to reduce my suffering and live from a deeper wiser prospective that I will teach you. The schedule

The schedule will vary depending on you, and what you want to get out of the coaching. We are all on a different part of the path; we will establish that early on and worked on a schedule that is beneficial for you. Here is an example schedule of what it might look like.

  • Week 1: Right Understanding.
    • Establish a baseline.
    • Access to materials.
    • Learn why we are not broken.
    • Establish a daily start-up practice.
  • Week 2: Perception.
    • Feedback on practice.
    • How can we adjust the practice?
    • Learn how to perceive the world and ourselves.
    • Discuss how to integrate it into your life.
  • Week 3: Body over Mind.
    • Feedback on practice.
    • Learn your body the greatest messenger.
    • Introduce body meditation.
  • Week 4: Recognise your stress and anxiety patterns.
    • Awareness of your patterns will give you control and increase the gap between stimuli and responding.
    • Learn how to see these patterns.
    • Introduce observation meditation.
  • Week 5: Taking stock of the coaching.
    • Is it working? Are you seeing a benefit? This week and the final week, I normally do not plan anything upfront because it’s important that at this point, we establish whether it is working and what to do on week 5 and week 6.

I normally follow-up a few weeks later with a free call that helps you and myself to know what worked and what didn’t work. And to also help you to get back on track if you have strayed slightly. Which would be perfectly normal, it would be unusual if you didn’t. Establishing new habits and routines from lifelong conditioning is probably the most difficult thing we will ever try to achieve.

Great, how much and how can I sign up?

The price is $590 which includes access to all the materials, meditation and courses that go with the private coaching. The 6 weekly 45 – 60 minute calls plus I normally do a follow-up a few weeks later.
