Free book: How to find your Inner Peace

The cover of How to find your Inner Peace by Steven Webb, 2026 edition
Free when you join Weekly Calm

Five simple practices for when life feels like too much. I wrote this little book for anyone who wants a bit more peace, without having to become someone else first.

Tell me where to send it. It comes straight away in your welcome email, and after that you get Weekly Calm, one calm email every Sunday.

What’s inside

  1. Meditation. Why slowing down comes first, and how meditation trains the mind the way an athlete trains.
  2. Sleeping. A good sleeping practice is almost as important as meditation.
  3. Mindfulness. Responding from a calm place, instead of falling back on old habits.
  4. Gratitude. Noticing what is already here, instead of grasping for the next little high.
  5. Nonattachment. The biggest attachment of all: our attachment to happiness.

And a page for each practice

Joining also opens nine practice pages on this site, one for each part of the book. Each has a short video, the practice to try, and a meditation to listen to. The password is in your welcome email.
