A little more about my work

I teach meditation, host Inner Peace Meditations and Stillness in the Storms, and serve my local community through elected and trustee roles.

I’m an ambassador for Cornwall Air Ambulance, the charity that saved my life, and a trustee of Royal Cornwall Museum and Art Gallery and Community Energy Plus.
