Please note that I am not a licensed mental health professional. My coaching services are not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, or any other professional mental healthcare from a licensed provider.
If you are currently receiving any type of therapy, counseling, or other mental health treatment, I recommend first consulting your mental health provider before beginning coaching with me. Ask if they believe my services could be a complementary addition to your existing care.
I cannot provide diagnosis, mental health treatment plans, or any other professional services reserved for licensed therapists and psychiatrists. My goal is solely to offer additional support on your journey, not replace comprehensive medical care.
For moderate to severe mental health conditions, I encourage you to seek help from a qualified mental health professional. I am unable to adequately support those needing a higher level of care.
My commitment is to serve as one part of your overall wellness team. I will avoid interfering with any treatment protocols you have in place. Please communicate with me and your licensed providers to determine if my coaching approach could be beneficial. I want to nurture healing while respecting your boundaries and the care you already receive.
