In this episode, I share this week’s positive news, and then I talk about how we release that pressure cooker of life. And how we become aware of the signs in our own lives.

Perhaps Happiness is NOT a CHOICE?

Everybody wants to be happy, I don’t think anybody apart from the odd joke would ever say they don’t want to be happy. But is it really a choice, it is something that we can choose to be or is it something to do with our genes or maybe by choosing we are making ourselves even more unhappy?

Why is it so difficult to love ourselves?
I answer that question on today’s podcast, and I think it’s something that when we really become aware of this realisation, we might start to actually cultivate that compassion that we do need to be able to love ourselves.
