I’m struggling what should I do?

Let me tell you something, no matter how much you’re struggling, how hard your life seems right now, you’ve got this!

You’ve got this, and I mean that.

I know that because you’ve survived everything in your life so far. You’ve been knocked down more than once, you’ve got up and you’ve done something with it every single time.

This time is no different, it doesn’t matter whether you’re trying to get over some pride, guilt, or shame. No matter what you’re trying to get over and no matter what you’re trying to deal with, whether it’s dealing with other people or dealing with your inner emotions.

You have this!

You can do it.[clickToTweet tweet=”You have all the strength you need in order to accomplish anything you want, trust yourself.” quote=”You have all the strength you need in order to accomplish anything you want, trust yourself.”]

You have all the strength you need in order to accomplish anything you want. To spring back and be better than you ever were before.

This is a time for growth, this is a time, that in a few years you’ll celebrate, you’ll be excited to look back and say ‘I did it, they never broken me, yes I needed time out. But, I came back higher and better than I was before ‘.

Sometimes when we are in the middle of our suffering, it seems like it will last forever. It won’t, just like everything else things will change, circumstances will change and this moment will pass.

About Steven Webb
Steven Webb is a Zen Buddhist meditation teacher, former Mayor of Truro, and host of the Stillness in the Storms and Inner Peace Meditations podcasts. Paralysed at 18 and reborn through a “dark night of the soul” at 40, he now guides millions worldwide (including one of Insight Timer’s most popular sleep practices) to find peace without perfection. By day, he’s a Truro City Councillor and Lib Dem candidate, advocating for dignity-first policies and community energy projects. Oh, and he once towed a replica helicopter 500 miles in his wheelchair to fundraise for Cornwall Air Ambulance.

“The breath knows how to breathe. Our job? Just allow it.”
